Tokaji Ice wine is full-bodied from the Tokaji wine region in Hungary, with melon, honey, and almond notes and a nice sweet finish.
Ice wine is produced from grapes that have been frozen while still on the vine. While sugars do not freeze, the water does, allowing a highly concentrated grape juice to develop.
