Psagot Edom 2021

The coin depicted on the front comes from the Great Revolt (66-73) CE period. The coin was discovered while digging a cave that would become the winery's barrel aging room. EDOM is Psagot Winery's flagship red featuring a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon (60%), Cabernet Franc (19%), Merlot (6%), and Petite Verdot (5%). This full-bodied wine was aged for 14 months in French Oak Barrels. Psagot's M-series EDOM strives to supply a mevushal wine with the same quality you have come to demand from all of Psagot's EDOM wines. We accomplish this by using hi-tech flash pasteurization and rapid cooling technologies to keep the flavors and aromas untouched.
