Galil Mountain Winery is a joint venture with Golan Heights Winery, based in the Upper Galilee mountains. Yiron is the estate's flagship Bordeaux-style blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Syrah, showing rich berry, cherry, and plum jam notes over vanilla, clove, and toasted oak. Full-bodied and well-balanced, it finishes long and classic.
