Agur Blanc Judea 2024

The Agur Blanc is an aromatic and beautifully balanced white blend from the heart of the Judean Hills, combining Chenin Blanc, Roussanne, and Viognier into a wine that is both complex and refreshing. It strikes a lovely contrast — rich and layered on one side, while remaining crisp, mineral-driven, and easy to enjoy on the other. A portion of the wine is fermented in old barrels and rested on its lees, adding depth and a silky texture that rounds out the vibrant acidity. The result is a wine that captures the character of its land — a true expression of the fruit, flowers, and stone of the Judean terroir.
