Unorthodox Sauvignon Blanc 2023

This Sauvignon Blanc is a winner: it has a beautiful tropical fruit nose, crisp minerality, good acidity, and well rounded palate. A true testament to South African winemaking. The color is a very light straw yellow with a slight green hue. This wine was fermented in stainless steel tanks.
