This Judean Hills rosé, barrel-fermented in used oak and briefly rested on its lees, gives a delicate nose of citrus peel, rose petal, and the chalky minerality the region is known for. Medium-bodied with fresh, lively acidity, it's versatile enough to stand up to rich or spicy dishes yet refreshing enough to sip on its own.
