The Vitkin Grenache Blanc is made primarily from Grenache Blanc grapes grown in the Upper Galilee, with a touch of Roussanne from the Judean Hills. Half of the wine undergoes fermentation in stainless steel tanks, while the other half is fermented and aged in French oak barrels for five months. It’s a rich yet refined wine, featuring delicate citrus notes, hints of green almonds, and summer fruits, complemented by subtle oak aromas and flavors. As it breathes, it develops floral nuances and greater depth.
