Vina Memorias Rambam Red 2023

A 100% Bobal from old vines in Spain's high-altitude Utiel-Requena, it's cherry-red with violet glints and smells of ripe red and black fruit, blossom, plum, and a hint of coffee and dark chocolate. Elegant and mature on the palate with good acidity lifting the fruit, it's a distinctly Mediterranean red that drinks well slightly cool.
