Teperberg Winery was founded in 1870 in the Old City of Jerusalem by the family Teperberg. They changed names (Efrat) and locations (Motza) until they arrived at their new modern winery in Tzora, near Beit Shemesh. Shlomo Rauchberger (Shiki) is the head winemaker of Reknown and is assisted by Olivier Fratty. Together, they have raised the quality of the wines to world-class.
