Matar CB 2019

The cumulonimbus cloud is known for both its towering power and graceful appearance. This blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Shiraz, Petit Verdot, and Cabernet Franc from Upper Galilee mirrors those characteristics. Rich and full-flavored, with elegance and a complex middle mouth feel, and a long finish. The wine was aged for 22 months in oak barrels and offers hints of coffee, dark plum, and violet flavors and aromas.
