Yatir Winery Mt Amasa White 2021

Mt. Amasa wine originates from grapes cultivated in the distinct terroir of Yatir Forest. It underwent a 5-month maturation process, utilizing a blend of concrete amphorae, 500-liter oak barrels, and stainless steel vats. Situated at the convergence of the Judean Hills, Negev, and Judean Desert, Mt. Amasa comprises 52% Viognier, 33% Chenin Blanc, and 15% Roussanne. It presents a captivating appearance with golden, pale greenish tones and exudes aromas reminiscent of summer fruits such as melon, papaya, peach, and pear. The wine seamlessly integrates ripe, fruity flavors with balanced acidity, culminating in a pleasantly refreshing finish.
