Unorthodox Red 2023

A South African Merlot–Cabernet blend from Paarl, aged in French and American oak, it's a deep ruby with ripe red fruit, plum, and cassis on the nose and a whisper of vanilla. Full-bodied and easy-going, with rounded tannins and a soft cedar frame, it's a crowd-pleasing red for grilled meats and Shabbos chicken alike.
