A Roussanne-led Judean Hills white with a touch of Chenin Blanc, it opens with a warm, slightly exotic nose of ripe banana, honey, and a whisper of baking spice over flinty minerality. The palate is medium-bodied and juicy with yellow peach and pineapple, but bright acidity and a stony backbone keep it fresh through a clean, lightly tart finish.
