If there are any issues with your order, please notify us within 15 days of delivery so we can make it right.

Hassle-Free Returns and Exceptional Service

  • Returns: Wine is a perishable product and is sensitive to storage conditions after delivery. For this reason, all sales are final except as outlined below. Unopened and unused bottles may be eligible for return if requested within 15 days of confirmed delivery. Return authorization must be obtained prior to shipping any item back. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

    Approved returns are subject to:
    • A 15% restocking fee
    • Deduction of return shipping costs

    If a return is authorized, Kosher Wine Warehouse may provide a prepaid return shipping label for convenience. The cost of the label will be deducted from the refund. Opened bottles are not eligible for return under any circumstances. Refunds, if approved, will be issued to the original form of payment only after the returned merchandise is received and inspected. Items must be returned in original condition. Gift cards, custom gifts, shipping fees, and wine tasting event tickets are non refundable. For international orders, customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, and return shipping costs.
  • Damaged or Defective Packages: If your order arrives physically damaged in transit or contains a verified manufacturing defect, please contact hello@winewarehousestore.com
    within 48 hours of delivery and include your order number and clear photos of the damage or issue. We will review the claim promptly and, if confirmed as damaged or defective, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you. Natural characteristics of wine, including sediment, tartrate crystals, or variation between vintages, are not considered defects and do not qualify as damaged or defective merchandise.
  • Address Changes: If you need to update the shipping address after your order has been processed, we’ll do our best to make the change in time. If the order is already in transit, a small fee may apply for rerouting the package. We recommend signing up for UPS My Choice, which allows you to track your shipment and, in many cases, update the delivery address directly through UPS once it’s on its way.
  • Missed Deliveries: If you’re not available to receive your delivery, the carrier will leave a notice and make up to two additional delivery attempts. After the third attempt, if the package is returned to us, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping your order. If you choose not to have the order reshipped, a store credit will be issued for the value of the wine, minus a 15% restocking fee and any applicable shipping charges. Refunds to the original form of payment are not available.
  • Third-Party Promotional Deals:
    Orders placed through third-party promotional sites (such as DansDeals, Groupon, or similar) are considered final sale, even when the checkout is completed on our website. We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for these orders.
  • Gift Card Refund Policy: Any order paid for in whole or in part using a gift card shall be refunded exclusively to the original gift card. If an additional payment method, including but not limited to a credit or debit card, is used to pay any remaining balance, any approved refund will be applied first and entirely to the gift card, up to the amount originally redeemed. No portion of any refund shall be issued to a credit card, debit card, or any other form of payment when a gift card was used in the transaction. Gift cards are non transferable, non refundable, and are not redeemable for cash, except where redemption is expressly required by applicable law. By completing a purchase using a gift card, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these terms.
  • Payment & Processing Fees: All orders placed on our website are processed at the credit card payment price. This price includes a 3.25% processing fee, which helps cover the cost of credit card transactions. Customers who wish to avoid this fee may pay by cash (via Zelle) or check and will receive a 3.25% discount on their order. To use Zelle or check payment, please contact us prior to completing your purchase so we can provide details and adjust your total.

Please note that our Satisfaction Guarantee applies to the quality of our wines and your overall shopping experience. While we cannot refund or replace items based on personal taste or preference, we encourage you to explore our tasting notes, descriptions, and customer reviews to make an informed purchase decision. For items priced under $40, vintage substitutions may be made without prior notification. Refunds are processed within 5 business days once returns are received and inspected. Kosher Wine Warehouse reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet policy conditions.
