Or Haganuz Har Sinai 2021

The Or Haganuz Har Sinai is a rich, port-style dessert wine.  After harvest, the grapes are frozen at the winery for three days before being crushed and pressed. The juice is then gently heated over an open flame fueled by olive wood, adding depth to its character. Following fermentation, the wine matures outdoors in French oak barrels for 12 months. The result is a deep ruby-red wine with lush aromas of raisins, cherries, plums, dark chocolate, coffee, and toasted oak. Full-bodied with soft tannins and balanced acidity, it delivers a smooth, lingering finish.
