Named Memorias del Rambam after Rabbi Moshe ben Maimon aka "Rambam". Famed in Medieval Spain as a philosopher, theologist, doctor and Rabbi, which recommended the moderate consumption of wine for good health.

MEMORIAS wines are harvested by hand and placed in small crates to avoid any damage to the berries themselves.

This wine is the color of cherry red. With aromas of blackberries, plums, cofffee and dark chocolate.
