Katlav Nes Harim 2012

The Nes Harim bottle has a pleasant, slightly tangy aroma. It has a mild sweetness, a spicy note in the center of the tongue, and a lot of tannins, leading to a brief tannic finish. The wine is deep purple in color, with an alcohol-cherry bouquet and a strong black cherry flavor, highlighted by prominent oak notes. Aged in barrels for a minimum of 24 months

Katlav is a boutique winery in Nes Harim, founded in 1998 by architect Yossi Yitach. From its inception, Katlav has focused on crafting high-quality wines from Judean Hills grapes.
