Hagafen Cuvee Brut Sparkling 2017

The Hagefen Brut Cuvee is a wine of tremendous complexity and length made from two esteemed and venerated Yountville vineyards: 78% Pinot Noir from California Soleil and 22% Chardonnay from Two Rivers. It has an amazing rose-looking color that you can't believe is not sparkling, but it's called a brut cuvee. The aroma is super rose petaly, like rose water, with fruity florals. It's not so deep with the fruit florals but enjoyable. It is great on the mouth with an acidic punch and fruity yumminess. The finish is long and satisfying, a classic example of excellent New World Sparkling Wine. This is just one of those wines that are just yummy.
