A Negev-desert blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Petit Verdot, and Shiraz from high-altitude Yatir vineyards, Susya shows ripe dark berry fruit with black pepper and a hint of wild herb. Medium-to-full in body with firm but friendly tannins, it delivers desert intensity without heaviness and pairs naturally with lamb or roasted vegetables.
