Vina Memorias Rambam Blanc 2020

Named after Rabbi Moshe ben Maimon—informally referred to as "Rambam"—who famously advocated for the moderate consumption of wine for good health in Medieval Spain, Vina Memorias Rambam Blanc 2020 is harvested by hand and placed in 15kg crates to protect the berries.

Selected carefully and softly pressed, this wine undergoes a natural fermentation process that enhances its aromas, colors, and tannins with the presence of grape skin and seed yeast. Boasting an elegant visual with a straw-yellow hue and light golden color, it has a rich, floral nose with citrus and tropical fruit aromas. It is dry and crisp on the palate, with balanced acidity that highlights its minerality and fruity notes, culminating in a lingering, slightly sweet flavor. Delightful and pleasant.
