A Cabernet Sauvignon–led blend with Syrah and Merlot from the Upper Galilee, Pa'amon leads with a lively nose of blueberry, red plum, and cherry lifted by a floral hint of violet and lavender. It's medium to full-bodied and fruit-forward, with a gentle streak of black spice, soft rounded tannins, and a light toasty-oak finish that makes it an easy match for grilled meats and aged cheeses.
