Chateau Greysac Medoc 2019

Château Greysac was acquired by Domaines Rollan de By in 2012, adding to its holdings of premier Médoc vineyards. Owner Jean Guyon continues to produce exceptional wines from this terroir. This blend of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, and Petit Verdot is deep and ruby, with red berry flavors mixed with spice and bell pepper notes in the background. It is a wonderful pairing with meats, poultry, wild mushrooms, and strong cheeses.
