Adir Orange Colombard 2024 Skin Fermented
No se pudo cargar la disponibilidad de retiro
This is one of the most unique wines in the kosher world — an orange wine made from Colombard grapes using traditional skin-contact methods, where the grape skins are left in contact with the juice during fermentation. The result is a deep amber-golden color with more texture and complexity than a standard white wine. On the nose you'll find dried apricot, peach, citrus zest, and wildflower honey, with subtle earthy and herbal undertones. The palate is rich and layered with stone fruit, a touch of tannic grip from the skin contact, and a bright, refreshing acidity that keeps everything lively. The finish is long, slightly nutty, and gently spiced.
