Ramon Allones Specially Selected Cuban Cigar

Ramon Allones isn't exactly a household name when it comes to fine cigars, as it's one of the more boutique brands coming out of Cuba. But a true Habanophiles knows it well for its more full-bodied tobacco. Furthermore, the Specially Selected is probably the most recognized vitola in Ramon Allones' modest portfolio as it's rich in both history and flavor. Founded in 1837, it's one of the oldest brands still produced and is credited as the first manufacturer to decorate its boxes with ornate, branded labels. This cigar is quite magnificent, dynamic, and elegant. Each puff is layered with earthy espresso bean but notes of marzipan and citrus show the cigar's more sophisticated side. Simply put, experts say it's a great smoke.
