Yarden is the flagship label of Golan Heights Winery, sourced from high-altitude vineyards on the volcanic Golan Heights plateau. This traditional-method sparkling rosé is delicate and elegant, with wild strawberry and floral aromas layered over notes of cream, mineral, and toasted baguette from years of aging on the lees. Pale salmon in color with fine, persistent bubbles, it's a festive, food-friendly pour that pairs well with everything from charcuterie to dessert.
