Sho Chiku Bai Nigori Sake Unfiltered

Nigori represents sake in its original form, as it was crafted for the Imperial Court in Kyoto and remained for most of sake’s 2,000-year history. This type of sake is lightly filtered, giving it a natural sweetness that pairs exceptionally well with spicy foods. Because of its high rice content, which settles at the bottom, the bottle should be shaken before each pour.
