Herzog Special Reserve Stags Leap Cabernet Sauvignon Generation IX 2020

Stags Leap is one of California’s smallest and most sought after AVAs with only 1,200 planted acres. The highly unique climate and soil produce Cabernet Sauvignon notable for its distinguishing combination of power and elegance. 

 This cabernet sauvignon was aged in 26 months in a single French Oak barrel. Th is a spectacularly deep garnet color, featuring a vivid palate of huckleberry, black cherry, and blueberry compote, finishing with long and satisfying hints of rose petals and warm spicy tannins.
