Herzog Cabernet Sauvignon - Alexander Valley 2022

This Alexander Valley Special Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon exhibits berry, cherry, and licorice aromas and flavors characteristic of this region's wines. Aging for 18 months in oak barrels has also contributed layers of mocha and vanilla. This wine is wonderful with roasted turkey, barbecued meats, or pasta dishes. Only light filtration occurred to retain its character; therefore, sediment may appear as it ages.
