Adir November 2023

Adir Winery is a boutique estate in Kerem Ben Zimra, in Israel's Upper Galilee, and November is their flagship wine — a Cabernet Sauvignon-led blend built from the best barrels of the vintage each year. It's deep and full-bodied, with rich dark fruit like blackcurrant and black cherry, layered with oak, spice, vanilla, and tobacco. Aged around two years in French oak, it's an opulent red with smooth tannins and a long finish, built for aging or pairing with grilled meats and hearty dishes.
